4 day Women’s Wellness Retreat

A tailored program for women including yoga, meditation, nutrition, stress management and wellbeing strategies. A Women’s Retreat at Yaraandoo is a time to leave all your commitments and stresses behind. It’s a time and place to concentrate on your own wellbeing. It’s time to unwind, take stock and regenerate your mind and body. As busy women we often forget to look after ourselves properly. Consequently, everybody else tends to come first. So, it’s time to get away from it all and rediscover yourself. We have the perfect staff, location and venue to give you the respite you deserve.

The retreat offers a variety of activities, including:

  • 3 nights / 4 days accommodation
  • All gourmet meals and snacks
  • Music, dance and art therapy
  • Yoga and Tai Chi sessions
  • Wellbeing and self-care workshops
  • Relaxation massages, pampering and reflexology
  • Guided bushing walking
  • Art for self-expression
  • One on one care plans
  • Live music entertainment
  • Waterfalls and swimming holes

Our service provides respite for women and the opportunity to meet, and gain mutual support from, other women facing our challenging and changing world.
